Please be advised of the following policies:

• On weekends, we require a two night minimum

• A deposit of one night is required to secure your reservation

• Cancellations will require a five day notice for a full refund, otherwise a refund will be granted only if the room can be re-rented

• Check in time is 3:00pm, and checkout time is 12:00pm

• All guests will be offered a full breakfast, we aim to please any special dietary requests

• Wifi is complimentary

• Our home is non-smoking
